Job Summary
We are seeking two intellectually curious and driven Technology & Innovation Interns to join our team for Summer 2026. While the primary focus of this role is advancing AI adoption across the organization, these interns will also contribute to broader technology and project initiatives by providing flexibility to support where the business needs them most.
Interns will work with stakeholders to identify, explore, and develop AI use cases from initial concept through proof of concept. This includes leading discovery conversations, producing thorough documentation, and building lightweight solutions that demonstrate the value of AI for the business. Beyond AI, interns may also support technology improvement efforts, process analysis, and project coordination across IT and business teams.
The ideal candidate brings an eagerness to learn, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can translate complex ideas into practical solutions. They will be encouraged to bring innovative thinking and contribute meaningfully to a team committed to building a more data-driven, technology-enabled organization.
