SALARY RANGE: $154,000-$187,000. At NCF, fairness and transparency shape our compensation. Salaries for all positions are evaluated based on applicable qualifications and experience, leveraging data from third-party benchmarking to fall within the median salary range.
LOCATION: This remote position is open to candidates residing within the United States, aligning with our operating hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Time. Please note, this role currently requires in-person organization days two consecutive days per month in New York City.

THE ROLE AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
The Nathan Cummings Foundation (NCF) is seeking a Technology Director who will shape and advance NCF’s technology vision and strategy across digital infrastructure, AI, and the full ecosystem of tools that connect how the foundation operates internally and engages externally. You will work as a cross-organizational partner, collaborating closely with the CEO, and the Managing Director of Operations and Asset Management, to whom this role reports.
