The Technology Business Services Sr. Associate will be responsible for supporting and Market representing the Technology Leader for Dallas by overseeing cultural evolution, employee engagement, and skills development opportunities for all Technology employees in the Market. This individual will partner and collaborate with cross-functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute on a variety of programs and services and key initiatives to include: Career Mobility, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Community Engagement, Catalyst Community, and Underrepresented Talent. This role will focus on building a strong sense of community to promote high levels of teamwork, collaboration, engagement, and relationship building.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design as demonstrated through work, military, or education
- 7 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management
- 4+ years of experience creating and executing communication plans across social media, internal and digital channels
Desired Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
- Deep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
- Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing in the financial services industry
- Financial Industry Public Relations experience
- End-to-end marketing campaign management experience
- Experience with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+, and Pinterest
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
Other Desired Qualifications - A BS/BA degree or higher in marketing, communications or public relations, preferred
- Experience with other social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- Experience managing relationships with key community influencers including nonprofits, government agencies, area universities and campus officials, as well local elected officials
- Knowledge and understanding of culture creation, business development and marketing
- Microsoft Teams Live Events experience
