This role offers the opportunity to work as a hands-on construction technician in a shop and yard environment, performing a wide range of general labor and skilled repair tasks on mobile office trailers and modular buildings. You will handle loading and unloading materials, cleaning, demolition, and basic carpentry, as well as more detailed work such as framing, finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and HVAC checks. The position requires a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and readiness of units for delivery, along with occasional direct interaction with customers to explain services and repairs.

Work Environment
The role is based in a construction-focused shop and yard environment that involves both indoor and outdoor work with mobile office trailers and modular buildings. Typical tasks include general cleaning, demolition, remodeling, and loading and unloading materials, often using hand and power tools, construction equipment, and material handling devices. The position follows a first-shift schedule, generally from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., providing a consistent daytime work routine. The environment is active and hands-on, with regular movement between the shop, yard, and trailers, and requires adherence to safety procedures and appropriate work attire suitable for construction and maintenance activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
