Job Overview

Daily work: spot check, maintenance, improvement, problem troubleshooting, replacement, multi-process equipment operation, on-site job training, on-site training guidance, basic electrical skills, maintenance squad leader/deputy squad leader

1. Responsible for on-site equipment inspection and spot inspection;

2. Responsible for troubleshooting problems of low-voltage circuits, signal lines, electrical components and mechanical mechanisms;

3. Responsible for the improvement of field equipment problems;

4. Responsible for the basic work of equipment fastening and lubrication;

5. Responsible for the replacement of electrical and mechanical standard parts on site;

6. Responsible for the investigation and recovery of common equipment problems and multi-process equipment operation;

7. Responsible for on-site training and on-the-job audit of operators;

8. Responsible for the basic electrical problems such as PLC program, motor circuit, frequency converter, servo and robot;

9. Responsible for leading the maintenance team and leading technicians to complete the shift maintenance and repair work;


Preferred Qualifications

  1. College degree or higher, preferably in fields such as electrical and mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, measurement and control, mechatronics, electronic information, computer information technology, visual technology, mechanical engineering, etc
  2. 2-3 years experience in mechanical equipment installation and maintenance or electrical equipment installation and commissioning is preferred
  3. Have good basic knowledge, such as materials, machinery, electricity and other basic knowledge;
  4. Have knowledge of electrical principles, and can understand electrical wiring diagrams and electrical schematic diagrams;
  5. Be able to independently deal with the problems of low-voltage circuits, signal lines, electrical components and mechanical mechanisms;
  6. Can guide the treatment of common problems of equipment and the replacement of electrical and mechanical standard parts;
  7. Be able to lead employees to complete the basic work of equipment fastening and lubrication;
  8. Have basic knowledge and skills such as PLC, robot, servo and welding;
  9. Experience in leading lean projects, special innovations or opening new cables;
  10. Master multi-function work skills and equipment operation;
  11. Experience in equipment maintenance or electrical maintenance in chemical industry, semiconductor industry, automobile industry or this industry is preferred;
  12. Have good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  13. Able to work in two shifts


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
