Job Description

Join our Motion Solutions Department as a Technician, where you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, reworking, building, and assembling control panel boxes for clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and assembly of these systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and rework control panel boxes.
• Build and assemble control panel boxes following schematics and drawings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layout drawings.
• Conduct wiring and testing of electrical builds.
• Build pneumatic valve manifold assemblies according to instructions and drawings.
• Test and label equipment accurately.
• Operate basic machinery such as saws, drill press, tapping machine, and grinder.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical inclination.
• Experience with electrical panels and industrial schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical breakers and UL certification.
• Ability to read and build from electrical schematics from the start.
• Troubleshooting and rework capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in building pneumatic assemblies.
• Proficiency in using basic machinery like saws, drill presses, tapping machines, and grinders.

Work Environment

Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment that can become warm during the summer months. The department is currently expanding to build out another half of the area. The role operates Monday to Friday with shifts from 6 AM (or 6:30 AM) to 2:30 PM (or 3 PM). Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for easy movement, with closed-toe shoes and non-offensive t-shirts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corona, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
