Location: San Jose, CA 95134 - Hybrid Onsite (3 days/Week)
Hire Type: 11 Months+
Pay Rate: $40/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
As a senior technical writer, you will leverage your expertise to make complex product concepts, workflows, and tasks easily comprehensible and appealing to diverse audiences. If you're a tech-savvy individual with the creativity to harness AI tools to communicate complex concepts clearly, this is your opportunity to advance your technical writing career and shape the future of technical communication.
Key Responsibilities:
· Use in-house AI tools to make complex product concepts, workflows, and tasks easily comprehensible and appealing to diverse audiences – from end users to network administrators to developers.
· Drive a unified content strategy. Establish standardized release processes, content development best practices, and delivery and feedback mechanisms in the team.
· Serve as the voice of the user, using AI-driven content analytics to provide valuable feedback to engineering, product management, and technical marketing teams.
· Identify the significantly complex information needs of target audiences, develop appropriate content plans, and manage the execution of those plans.
· Perform resource workload assessment and balancing across projects.
· Create high-quality technical content for complex product and solution deployment needs.
· Take on special projects/stretch assignments outside the scope of regular tasks.
· · Proficiency in content structures, CMS, source management, and governance to implement effective content strategies.
· Familiarity with structured authoring environments (e.g., DITA, XML).
