Pay Rate: $35-47/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or process documentation within the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or similar industry
• Proven experience developing work instructions and SOPs
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation
• High attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy

Day-to-Day

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Technical Writer to develop, standardize, and maintain high-quality documentation across the organization. This role will be responsible for authoring and improving work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate can translate complex workflows into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
