Position: Instructor
Duration: 2‑year contract‑to‑hire
Location: Auburn Hills, MI (up to 50% travel across North America)
Start Time: 7:30 AM (classes begin at 8:00 AM)
Compensation: $40-$41/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

MUST HAVES
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and deliver FANUC curriculum
• Experience teaching or the ability to instruct classes of ~16 people
• Genuine passion for teaching and knowledge transfer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
DAY‑TO‑DAY / RESPONSIBILITIES
The instructor will deliver hands‑on and classroom‑based training to customers using FANUC automation and robotics solutions. This role focuses on teaching setup, programming, and advanced applications while supporting a high‑volume training environment serving customers across various industries.
