Trossen Robotics is building the infrastructure for physical AI. We work with many of the most ambitious teams in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and embodied intelligence, helping them move faster from concept to real-world deployment with the platforms, components, and systems they need to build.

We are looking for a Technical Storytelling & Content Systems Lead to build the engine behind how Trossen shows up in the world.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This is not a pure video production role.
This is not a generic social media job.
This is a role for a builder. Someone who can turn technical innovation into stories people understand, turn demos and customer momentum into content that travels, and build the systems that allow a lean team to produce like a much bigger one.
What You’ll Do
- Turn robotics, AI, cloud, and product complexity into clear, compelling stories for customers, partners, and the broader market
- Capture and create content from the inside, including product demos, engineering milestones, customer use cases, launches, trade shows, and executive ideas
- Own the flow from raw material to polished output across video, social media, presentations, launch assets, web content, email, and sales-supporting materials
- Build repeatable systems for content planning, production, repurposing, publishing, and performance tracking
- Use AI tools aggressively and intelligently to accelerate research, scripting, editing, repurposing, workflow automation, and analysis
- Help shape Trossen’s voice across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Work directly with leadership to turn ideas into strong public-facing content
- Support major company moments with narratives, visuals, presentations, and launch materials that feel sharp, modern, and differentiated
- Help ensure conferences, customer visits, and product moments produce content and follow-through, not just activity

- You are energized by robotics, AI, hardware, or other technical fields
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in content, storytelling, growth, marketing, media, communications, or a related builder role in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent writing and editing instincts
- Ability to make technical or complex topics interesting without flattening them
- Experience creating across multiple formats including short-form video, longer-form video, social content, presentations, launch materials, and executive content
- Real fluency with modern AI tools for research, writing, editing, transcription, automation, repurposing, and creative acceleration
- Experience building systems and workflows, not just one-off assets
- Comfort working closely with executives, engineers, product teams, and commercial teams
- High ownership, strong judgment, and low ego
Especially Valuable
- Experience in robotics, AI, deep tech, developer tools, industrial technology, or technical business-to-business (B2B) marketing
- Experience supporting founder-led or executive-led content
- Experience with conferences, product launches, and customer storytelling
- Experience creating content tied to go-to-market (GTM), sales enablement, or demand generation
- Comfort with design tools and presentation-building
- Experience building content operations inside a lean team
Location
This role is onsite in Downers Grove, Illinois. We are looking for someone who wants to be close to the products, the demos, the team, and the day-to-day energy of the business. This role is not remote.
Compensation
Total compensation: $90,000 to $125,000, including base salary and target bonus, depending on experience and fit.
