What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing an established Midwest territory with existing active accounts
- Traveling to customer sites for sales meetings, product demos, technical discussions, and trainings (75–80% travel)
- Acting as the primary technical sales contact for customers throughout the territory
- Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and building long-term partnerships
- Delivering presentations, proposals, and customized product solutions
- Using Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline activity and customer engagement
- Collaborating with internal engineering and operations teams to support customer-driven innovation
What They’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Technical or industrial sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude — Mechanical Engineering background highly preferred
- Ability to understand technical applications, CAD drawings, and product design concepts
- Excellent communication skills with engineers, operators, and leadership teams
- Self-motivated professional who can work independently and manage a remote territory
