As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Technical Sales Representative to support our estimating and quoting efforts.

Position Summary:

The Technical Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting the sales and operations teams by preparing accurate and timely project quotes. This individual will work closely with the engineering team and customers to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate quotes based on project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements
• Provide quote revisions and updates as necessary
• Review bid documents, RFQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quote is accurate, adheres to industry requirements, and aligned with customer specifications
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times
• Maintain and update pricing as needed
• Ensure all quotes align with company standards and timelines
• Assist with other office-related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, estimating, or quoting (Ag, industrial or construction industry preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD (or other computer-aided design software programs)
• Strong analytical and technical skills, and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and adapts to shifting priorities
• Organized and responsive with customers and internal teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player, positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to customer service
