Technical Project Manager - Client Integration - Officer

Citi is seeking a candidate for the position of Client Connectivity Integration Specialist. This is a hands-on, technically-oriented role sitting at the intersection of infrastructure, integration engineering, and client engagement — ideal for someone who has built real-world experience and is ready to deepen their expertise in financial services connectivity.

You will be embedded in a team that owns the end-to-end connectivity lifecycle for Citi's Prime Brokerage and FDC clients — from initial setup and testing through to ongoing support and enhancement. You'll work directly with clients' technical counterparts to design, configure, and troubleshoot integration solutions, while collaborating internally with technology leads and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Connectivity & Integration

• Lead end-to-endSFTP/SWIFT/API connectivity setup— configuration, credential management, file format validation, and testing — with a solid theoretical understanding of the protocol for Citi’s Prime Brokerage (PB) clients across Equity PB, Fixed Income PB, Swaps and Securities Lending.
• Capture, document, and validate integration requirements for each client onboarding or change request
• Read and interpretnetwork diagrams and integration workflows, communicating them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Technical Troubleshooting

• UseUnix/Shell scriptingto investigate file transfer issues, inspect logs, and validate connectivity setups — comfortable at the command line, not expected to build from scratch
• LeverageSQLto explore data configurations, trace integration records, and support root-cause analysis (basic proficiency is sufficient)
• Utilise AI tooling to supplement technical gaps and accelerate problem-solving where appropriate
• Identify, document, and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies with structured clarity

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primarytechnical point of contactfor external clients, managing their connectivity needs directly with their engineering teams
• Provide clear, timely status updates to internal technology leads and business stakeholders
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences without losing accuracy
• Coordinate application rollouts and client-facing testing cycles, ensuring smooth delivery

Project Coordination & Documentation

• Track and manage integration requests usingJIRA, maintaining up-to-date documentation inConfluenceandSharePoint
• Contribute to team runbooks, integration guides, and the shared knowledge base
• Project planning, execution and management for Connectivity migrations
• Manage multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment without losing detail

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of professional experiencein a technical role — integration support, IT operations, systems analysis, or technical project coordination
• Hands-on familiarity withSFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and comfort working in aUnix/Shellenvironment
• Experience usingJIRA, Confluence, and/or SharePointfor task tracking and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with external clients' technical teams
• Organized and methodical, with a track record of managing competing priorities independently

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
