As Technical Program Manager for the ADVEV platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating the delivery of software products for the next-gen EV Platform. You will work closely with senior-level management, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into tangible product features.
This is a "Builder-TPM" role that demands an AI-native approach, blending strategic product thinking, a software engineering mindset, and prompt engineering. You will not only manage delivery but will actively build prototypes and contribute to technical automation, leveraging agentic workflows and AI tools to optimize business capabilities and innovation within the ADVEV space at FORD.
· Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape and operationalize the portfolio roadmap into AI-augmented delivery outcomes.
· Build and iterate on prototypes to validate roadmap objectives and translate them into structured execution plans: milestones, release slices, sequencing, and readiness gates.
· Drive iteration and release planning sessions through a product lens, ensuring scope, dependencies, and capacity are aligned and explicit.
· Facilitate targeted ceremonies and working sessions to drive decisions, unblock delivery, and maintain operational efficiency.
· Contribute to technical discussions as an execution integrator, connecting product, engineering, operations, security/compliance, procurement, and vendor stakeholders.
· Define and drive key execution metrics and dashboards (delivery health, readiness, quality, operational adoption), enabling proactive issue detection and resolution.
· Treat recurring program operations as engineering problems: prototype and build AI agents to automate reporting, status visibility, dependency tracking, and routine documentation.
· Lead and support the development of internal AI automation to accelerate the creation of PRDs, runbooks, executive summaries, and decision logs from raw inputs—improving consistency and reducing manual effort.
· Coordinate operational execution for vendor and licensing workflows as needed (renewals, seat tracking, approvals, procurement checkpoints).
· Ensure vendor-related dependencies (security, access, onboarding requirements) are planned early and do not become release blockers.
