Technical Operator- PAS

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimum stock levels.
• Place orders for materials and consumables in coordination with the procurement and operations teams.
• Manage consignment billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update ladle profiles, ensuring records are accurate and current.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review on inventory, usage, and cost analysis.
• Provide technical support for ladle liners and related refractory materials.
• Assist with furnace relines, coordinating with maintenance and production teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards during all technical and logistical activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
