Technical Delivery Team Manager

JCW has partnered with a leading wholesale and MGA insurance organization seeking a Manager, Operations Delivery to join their team. This person will be responsible for leading and coordinating the successful implementation of operational systems, applications, and data migrations across the business, ensuring all transitions are executed on time with minimal disruption and full data integrity.

The ideal candidate is someone who has deep roots in wholesale or MGA insurance and knows how to drive complex migration projects from planning through to post-go-live. You've managed cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, navigated legacy and modern systems, and understand what it takes to keep operations running smoothly through large-scale change. You bring structure, accountability, and a steady hand when the stakes are high.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of operations experience in Property Casualty insurance with a Wholesale Agency or MGA
• Proven experience leading data migration projects or IT system implementations, including mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
• Experience in policy administration, claims processing, or underwriting systems
• Proven ability in managing large-scale, multi-phase migration projects across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience leading change management efforts to support user adoption and minimize operational disruption
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools; familiarity with AIM and Image Right is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in system migrations
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
