Technical Architect / CDN Manager

The Technical Architect / CDN Manager will provide senior-level technical leadership and oversee system architecture and Content Delivery Network (CDN) configurations. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of government digital platforms.

• Design and manage enterprise-level system architectures and CDN configurations.
• Oversee caching strategies, load balancing, and performance optimization across digital platforms.
• Define technical standards, frameworks, and security baselines for all system components.
• Assess scalability requirements and lead capacity planning efforts.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to ensure compliance with DoD security frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and review architectural decisions.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical architecture or systems engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in CDN management (e.g., Akamai, Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront).
• Strong knowledge of networking, DNS, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.
• Experience designing scalable, high-availability systems in a government or DoD environment.
• Must possess and maintain, at a minimum, a SECRET security clearance
