Salary: Up to $90,000 per year plus 10% performance bonus

About the Role:


Source One Technical Solutions is seeking three Technical Analysts to join its Technical Services team supporting a major attraction. This hands-on role is responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support across desktop, mobile, audio/visual, conference room, and workplace technology environments.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused technology professional with strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Windows and mobile environments, and a passion for delivering high-quality technical support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and support for end-user technology issues.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents through phone, email, walk-ups, and ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, workstations, and supported mobile devices.
  • Build, deploy, and image PCs and laptops.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
  • Support conference room technology, meeting setups, and audio/visual systems.
  • Provide basic networking and telecommunications troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation within ITSM systems.
  • Monitor workstation performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Participate in equipment refresh initiatives and technology deployment projects.
  • Train end users on technology tools and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Must be able to communicate with the C Suite and cross-functionally
  • 2-5 years of experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or End User Computing environments.
  • Experience supporting:
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Desktop and Laptop Deployments
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Windows Administration
  • Software Testing and Deployment
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals.
  • Basic Audio/Visual support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Apple Certified Mac Technician
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+, or Server+
  • Experience with Zendesk or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms
  • Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technologies
