Tech Ops Engineer – ETF Market Making & Derivatives Trading Systems (Low Latency)

Rate: 85-100/hr W2
About the Role:
We are seeking a Tech Ops Engineer with deep ETF market making and derivatives trading knowledge to support and enhance a high-performance electronic trading environment. This role sits at the intersection of trading, technology, and vendor platforms, with a strong focus on latency optimization, system performance, and ETF/derivatives workflows.
While hands-on technical skills are critical, the ideal candidate will function as a Derivatives Subject Matter Expert (SME)—able to understand how trading workflows (especially ETF market making, RFQ-based trading, and pricing/hedging) translate into system behavior and performance.
This role will play a key part in initiatives aimed at modernizing and accelerating trading capabilities, including work tied to vendor platforms (e.g., Tbricks/Broadridge) and broader strategic efforts to enhance speed, scalability, and competitiveness.
