The Technology Business Services Principal Associate will be a pivotal member of the Payments Treasury Management and Customer Care Business Services team responsible for defining, implementing and leading integrated business processes across the technology team.
The key technology business management processes will include:
- Oversight of the team's portfolio management / book of work program by developing and maintaining processes that align to the financial and line of business functions ensuring transparent and consistent portfolio management.
- Accountable for Executive Reporting providing consistent and transparent reporting of operational performance progress towards technology and business strategy. Reporting will be distributed to Technology and Line of Business Executive leadership and Regulators when requested.
- Working in concert with Finance and Office of the CIO, will oversee operational expenses.
- Identifies best practices and recommends new workflows and/ or procedures for Business Services functions.
In addition, this role will provide leadership and guidance to technology leaders, line of business and partner teams on escalated issues, risks, competing priorities, etc. that require awareness and support.
Primary locations include Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN; Chicago IL.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology experience
- 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Commercial banking, Corporate banking, or Investment banking
- 5+ years of experience with one or a combination of the following: compiling and preparing executive summaries, presentations for management and senior leaders
- 7 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management, project management, project delivery, digital product/program management, technology, corporate communications, paralegal, process engineering, or military experience; with a voluntary 2 year minimum career break
- 5 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives
- 6+ years of finance experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

- Proven experience as a highly effective leader with credibility from demonstrating strong business and technology acumen
