What does your day look like in the role of our Teamlead (m/f/d):

• Control and monitor all processes in your area and initiate measures to achieve KPIs
• Supporting the coordination of employee planning in close cooperation with superiors
• You take on technical, disciplinary and organizational responsibility for employees
• Coordination and implementation of training courses
• Reporting on team performance to superiors in daily and weekly company meetings

What do you need to be successful:

• You have extensive experience in successfully leading teams
• We are looking for a committed person who takes responsibility and is able to make informed decisions to achieve goals
• You are an inspiring personality who influences other employees through your behavior and performance
• You are able to lead and motivate a team from within. Your leadership skills are critical to realizing the full potential of the team
• You cultivate a respectful working atmosphere and are loyal to your employees and superiors
• You should be comfortable with both English and German
• You are willing to work shifts
• You like to get involved because no process is perfect. But with your ideas, we can get one step closer
