Snelling has immediate openings for Warehouse Leads on 1st and 3rd shift in Mesquite.
Shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotational schedule required to work every other weekend.
Pay- 20-25hr
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor operations, ensuring efficient execution of receiving, dock activities, and put-away processes. This role provides direct supervision and hands-on support to warehouse staff, driving productivity, safety, and accuracy. The Team Lead monitors workflow, assigns tasks, supports training initiatives, and ensures adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, staging, and storage
•Monitor employee performance and provide reports to supervisor
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
•Maintain communication with management regarding productivity and workflow challenges
•Support inventory accuracy through oversight of proper scanning and system usage
Requirements:
•Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
•Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
•Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
•Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
