Position Overview

We’re hiring an associate attorney in the McAllen, San Antonio or DFW Metroplex areas with the opportunity to grow and become a seasoned insurance defense trial attorney. You’ll get meaningful responsibility and mentoring from attorneys recognized as leaders in transportation and trucking defense.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a dynamic docket of civil litigation matters, primarily commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense cases
  • Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend court appearances
  • Work closely with clients, insurers, and team members to develop case strategies
  • Prepare cases for trial and participate as first- or second-chair when ready

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
  • A growth mindset and a desire to build a strong professional reputation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
  • Monthly and quarterly billable hour bonuses of $20,000 or more annually for attorneys meeting a 150-hour/month pace
