XEL Advisors is a growing accounting and tax firm serving small to mid-sized businesses and is hiring a Tax Manager as part of continued firm expansion. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced tax professional seeking stability, leadership growth, and direct access to ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, non-profit, estate, and trust returns
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Provide proactive tax planning and savings strategies
• Stay current on tax law and regulatory changes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of tax preparation experience
• Active CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Licensed Tax Consultant
• Experience with UltraTax CS
• Strong client-facing communication skills
