Tax Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established, highly respected East Bay tax practice that’s in a sweet spot — large enough to handle complex, high-level work, but intentionally built to avoid layers of bureaucracy. You’ll have visibility, impact, and real growth potential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and reviewing complex tax engagements across individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts & estates
• Providing high-level tax planning and advisory (not just compliance)
• Acting as a true client advisor and relationship owner
• Mentoring staff and contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Supporting firm growth and process improvements

Who this is for:

• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Background in HNW individuals, closely held businesses, or pass-throughs is a plus
• CPA or EA encouraged
• Someone who enjoys the people side of tax as much as the technical

Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in the East Bay)
