Tax - Indirect - Sales and Use - Manager

The opportunity
Our tax function is constantly evolving, and it’s here you’ll find everything you need to grow as we do. It’s all about taking on new skills and responsibilities as they arise and making the most of our dedicated mentors and training programs. Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Sales and Use Tax Manager, we will look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes for some very complex issues. You can expect to advise on indirect tax regulatory changes; design strategies, operating models, processes, and compliance frameworks that raise efficiency and meet requirements. Identify opportunities for tax optimization, credits and refund recovery, exposure reduction; manage strategies, compliance, remediation, controversies, and corrective filings. Support process review and technology transformation.
Your key responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery, track status and deliverables, and participate in client working sessions. Identify opportunities for additional services, contribute to RFPs, manage engagement economics, and implement resource plans and budgets. Guide teams, drive improvement, and recommend solutions by interpreting internal/external issues. Travel required regularly for external clients.
