Overview:

A well-established, full-service financial firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its tax practice. Known for its strong client relationships and collaborative culture, this firm serves a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships while delivering outstanding client service
• Review and prepare federal and state tax returns including 1065, 1120S, 1040, and 1041
• Prepare tax estimates and projections for a variety of client scenarios
• Analyze and apply complex tax issues to client situations and transactions
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the tax preparation and review process
• Supervise engagements and special assignments in accordance with firm policies with minimal oversight required
• Participate in practice development efforts and identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients
• Mentor and develop junior staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA license required
• 5–7 years of tax experience, including both preparation and review
• Recent public accounting experience required
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Professional presence with the ability to mentor and develop staff
• Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
