As an embedded Talent Sourcer you will work from first principles to identify, engage, and pipeline world-class talent for our US venture and growth clients. Chapter 2 transforms our client's recruiting motions into decisive competitive advantage.

You will

As a Talent Sourcer, you will embed directly into our high-growth client engagements and own the top-of-funnel talent pipeline for critical Tech roles. You will operate as a sourcing specialist, working from first principles to build targeted candidate lists, craft compelling outreach, and deliver a consistent flow of high-calibre candidates into our clients' hiring funnels. This role demands creativity, tenacity, and the ability to move fast in ambiguous, high-trajectory environments.

  • Shape and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-performing talent, rapidly building pipeline across our clients' open roles.

  • Conduct targeted Boolean and talent mapping searches across platforms and databases to ensure deep penetration of relevant talent pools.

  • Build and maintain high-quality, continuously evolving candidate pipelines across target functions, roles, and locations.

  • Craft personalised, compelling outreach messaging that converts passive candidates into active pipeline.

  • Analyse sourcing funnel data, derive insights, and optimise search strings and outreach approaches for response rate and pipeline quality.

  • Drive high-velocity execution across multiple sourcing workstreams in parallel, maintaining exceptional quality and stakeholder confidence.

  • Build strong working relationships with Talent Partners and hiring managers, sharing market feedback and candidate insights that inform search strategy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, Brand, and Intelligence teams at Chapter 2 to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience.

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to pipeline, ensuring every interaction reflects our clients' employer brand.

You bring

You're a tenacious sourcer who combines creative search techniques with execution speed. You think clearly under pressure, navigate complex talent landscapes, and care deeply about the quality of every candidate you surface.

  • Strong experience sourcing talent for high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies across Product and/or tech functions.

  • Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded sourcer owning top-of-funnel pipeline generation in high-trajectory environments.

  • High agency. You navigate complexity and influence stakeholders to remove obstacles; impossible is something you haven't discovered, yet.

  • Resilience and adaptability. You know sourcing is probabilistic; setbacks fuel your determination and your response defines your impact. You have grit.

  • Deep curiosity and creative rigour; you think deeply about where talent hides, and rapidly apply learnings to improve sourcing strategy and outreach effectiveness.

  • Deep thinking and rapid execution define your approach: you reflect, strategise, then move quickly. You think slow, act fast.

  • A bias for action and urgency. You know that speed is how we win while never compromising on quality.

  • Ownership and a relentless drive to deliver outcomes for clients — not just activity.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft outreach and articulate sourcing insights simply, persuasively, and with data.
