Talent Acquisition Specialist

Contract (3–6 months)

Location: Westborough MA

Compensation: $30-35/hr

Position Summary

Support full-cycle recruiting activities, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to drive successful hiring outcomes aligned to TA goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct up to 30 candidate phone screens per day (high-volume pace).
  • Manage the hiring process for assigned roles and maintain strong applicant flow.
  • Attend intake calls to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Support staffing strategy planning with TA leadership.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, background/reference checks, offers, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain recruiting reports and share key trends and results with management.
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years recruiting experience
  • Experience with ATS and recruiting/HR technology

Preferred

  • Agency or staffing experience
