Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are partnered with a growing, service-based consumer brand seeking a Talent & Community Engagement Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the Denver market. This is a highly visible, community-focused recruiting role responsible for building strong pipelines of candidates while increasing brand presence.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys being active in the market through networking, social outreach, school partnerships, and local events. The role requires a proactive recruiter who can attract high-performing, commission-driven professionals and help drive long-term hiring success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates across the Denver market
• Conduct proactive sourcing, recruiting, and outreach through social platforms, networking, schools, and community events
• Strengthen employer brand visibility and credibility within the local Barber and Stylist community
• Partner with leadership to fill open positions quickly with high-quality talent
• Track recruiting activity, hiring trends, and market intelligence to support ongoing hiring strategy

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting commission-based or customer-facing professionals preferred
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Comfortable working independently in a high-accountability environment
• Experience with social recruiting and grassroots/community engagement initiatives

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary around $58,000
• On-target earnings of $115,000+ with uncapped bonus potential
• Additional hire-on incentives available
