Job Description

Are you passionate about finding exceptional talent and shaping a thriving workforce? As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our business has the right people, in the right roles, at exactly the right time. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle from attracting and engaging candidates to guiding them through selection and onboarding while delivering an outstanding experience at every stage.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leaders, using market insight and data to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning. You’ll drive all recruitment activity within your area, manage key external partners and continuously look for smarter, more innovative ways to reach and attract top talent. Your work will also include building talent pipelines, elevating our employer brand, coordinating hiring events, and ensuring our processes are consistent, compliant, and efficient.

This is a full‑time role based in our Slough office, working office hours Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive and manage all recruitment activity within perimeter
  • Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned requisitions from attraction, screening, selection through to hire plus keep in touch activity during notice period
  • Ensure TA process is followed, is clearly communicated and and process enhancements identified and implemented through the appropriate channels
  • Ensure compliance in line with DOA, local law including interview notes retention and right to work
  • Manage vendor operational performance within the UK including RPO and Agencies
  • Write and post professional job adverts
  • Coach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions
  • Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, e-sourcing, on and off line advertising, events and agencies
  • Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas
  • Coordinate with managers and candidates in order to schedule interviews including making room bookings and sending accurate confirmations
  • Keep in touch with candidates that are serving notice in order to continue engagement
  • Provide support with global projects as required
  • Support hiring events in terms of planning and coordination
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
  • Ensure quality of recruiting data is maintained to the highest possible standard with our Applicant tracking system
Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Essential 

  • Able to positively influence at all levels of an organization up to senior levels, and to develop valued relationships with managers and candidates alike
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Desirable

  • Proven recruiting experience within a complex corporate environment matrix ideally multinational
  • Experience of identifying both passive and active candidates across a variety of attraction channels
