What You'll Do

The People & Culture Director serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders across multiple corporate business units, driving a cohesive people strategy that supports organizational performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth. This role leads initiatives that strengthen culture, optimize talent, and ensure operational excellence across a diverse, knowledge based workforce.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Champion a unified values driven culture across business units while supporting the unique needs of each team
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department heads, providing insight on workforce strategy, team effectiveness, and organizational health
  • Coach leaders on communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment
  • Guide organizational design efforts to support growth, efficiency, and evolving business priorities
  • Drive change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformations, system implementations, and restructuring
  • Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, and succession planning
  • In partnership with Learning & Development, implement leadership development programs that strengthen managerial capability and prepare future leaders
  • Implement performance management processes that promote accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement in line with Coaching for Success
  • Equitably handle employee relations issues in accordance with company standards and applicable laws
  • Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted development pathways
  • Support annual planning cycles, including budgeting, headcount forecasting, and organizational prioritization

What We're Looking For

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area plus a minimum of 10 years of extensive HR leadership experience supporting corporate or multi-functional business units.

Other qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of employment law, organizational development, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, high performing workplace.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.

What We’ll Provide

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $140,000 - $160,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training.Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
