Talent Acquisition Manager

Sparks Group
Boston, MA

Sparks Group has partnered with a global B2B technology company to find a strategic, extremely hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader to own and scale their global recruiting function from Boston, MA. This is a high-impact, people-leadership role—you’ll build, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of recruiters across the U.S., Europe, and Mexico, driving the full talent lifecycle at scale.

Working for this start-up, you’ll be the architect of their talent strategy, designing and implementing systems, processes, and best practices that keep multiple pipelines moving seamlessly while elevating the performance of your team. This is a visible, high-stakes role for a leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is energized by building teams, solving complex recruiting challenges, and shaping the future of a global workforce.

  • Partner with regional leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring demand, and ensure pipelines are always ahead of headcount targets — not reacting to them.

  • Drive continuous improvement in how candidates move through our funnels.

  • Partner with local HR and operations leadership in each region to ensure seamless onboarding experiences — including orientation scheduling, group onboarding logistics, and first-day readiness for large new hire cohorts.

Hiring Process & Reporting

  • Own recruiting data and reporting across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track team performance against hiring targets, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
