This is with a growing automotive manufacturing organization supporting multiple US production facilities specializing in plastics and injection molding.

What They Need

Seeking a hardcore, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager who can independently drive full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing and corporate functions. This is not an HR operations role — the client needs a strong IC recruiter/TA leader comfortable owning difficult manufacturing searches end-to-end.


Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience
  • Strong automotive manufacturing recruiting background
  • Experience supporting plastics and/or injection molding organizations highly preferred
  • Prior agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success hiring for:
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Engineering
  • Skilled Trades
  • Supply Chain
  • Corporate Functions
  • Ability to partner directly with plant leaders and senior leadership
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capability for niche manufacturing talent
  • Hands-on recruiter mentality with leadership capability
  • Comfortable managing 1 direct report while remaining fully active in recruiting delivery


Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units and locations
  • Build pipelines for hard-to-fill manufacturing and technical roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Drive sourcing strategy and hiring execution
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships
  • Ensure hiring process efficiency and recruiting metrics alignment
  • Occasional travel to manufacturing plants (approximately quarterly)
