Talent Acquisition Intern:

Position Overview:

Novelis in Atlanta, GA has an opportunity to participate in our hybrid summer 2026 internship. The team is seeking a Talent Acquisition intern that can join the team for approximately 12 weeks.The Talent Acquisition Intern will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruiting process while also contributing to Talent Acquisition training, tools, and employer branding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business Operations.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Support high-volume hiring by:Reviewing and screening resumes, conducting phone screenings to assess qualifications, coordinate candidates through the recruiting process, assist with interview scheduling, and preparing and extending offers in partnership with recruiters
  • Track and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth, timely hiring process
  • Dive into market practices, talent insights, and industry trends to help educate business leaders
  • Research, develop, and assemble best recruiting and hiring practices to be added to TA (Talent Acquisition) Academy
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of recruitment templates
  • Build strategies to enhance our employer brand, highlighting our organization’s values, culture, and opportunities
  • Refresh and revise our Talent Acquisition SharePoint site with relevant and useful materials
  • Suggest improvements and efficiencies for reporting and sharing TA data/metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University
  • Must be a Junior or Senior
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Experience using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer students majoring in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or related studies
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
