  • Technical Support: Utilize Workday, Outlook, and Zoom to maintain process integrity and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Partnership & Communication: Build strong relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, providing regular status updates and ensuring transparency throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or high-level Administrative support.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on diplomacy and tact.
  • Critical Thinking: Proven ability to apply sound judgment, handle multiple shifting priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred Skills ("Nice to Haves"):

  • Previous experience in a Corporate HR environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and servicing systems such as Workday, HR Acuity, or AbsenceSoft.
  • Experience with Recruiting Coordination or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • A Problem Solver: You stay calm under pressure and can pivot quickly when a schedule changes last minute.
  • A Team Player: You enjoy a collaborative environment where responsibilities are shared and teammates support one another.
