Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition & AI People Solutions Specialist is a dual focused HR role responsible for driving full cycle recruiting while also supporting the development, testing, and governance of AI agents used within the HR function. This position blends traditional recruiting expertise with emerging HR technology capabilities to improve efficiency, enhance candidate and employee experiences, and ensure responsible, compliant use of AI driven tools.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary HR Function)
• Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and talent priorities.
• Utilize data driven insights to inform recruiting strategies, improve pipeline quality, and optimize hiring timelines.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
• Ensure a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, equal employment opportunity regulations, and relevant labor laws.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

AI Agent Building, Testing & Auditing (Emerging HR Technology Function)
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to define requirements for AI agents that support HR workflows (e.g., candidate screening assist bots, onboarding agents, internal knowledge assistants).
• Participate in the design and configuration of AI agents by articulating HR processes, decision points, and content inputs.
• Test AI agent functionality, identify gaps or inaccuracies, and provide structured feedback to improve reliability and performance.
• Conduct regular audits of HR or recruiting-related AI agents to ensure:
o accuracy and consistency
o fairness and bias mitigation
o adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines
o data privacy and security compliance
• Document agent behaviors, known limitations, and update logs.
• Support training and enablement for HR partners and hiring managers using AI-driven tools.
• Monitor AI agent performance metrics and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications
Required
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• English level B2-C1

• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, screening best practices, and recruitment lifecycle workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with technology-driven HR solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate HR needs into structured inputs for technical teams.
• Detail oriented approach to testing, reviewing, and documenting system behavior.
Preferred
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with prompt writing, agent workflows, or RPA/automation testing.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, privacy).
• Exposure to project management or product development methodologies.
