We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a team of technicians and engineers to build and maintain our clients infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain computer systems, networks, and security systems for healthcare clients
- Monitor and maintain the company's computer systems and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise
- Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures for healthcare clients
- Provide technical support to healthcare clients
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a Systems Technician or Systems Engineer role
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical problems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, software applications, and hardware devices.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems such as electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
