Day to Day job Duties:(what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Training / Enablement Lead to drive capability building, adoption, and behavior change as part of large-scale process reimagination and transformation initiatives. This role focuses on enabling business users, leaders, and operational teams to successfully adopt new processes, operating models, digital tools, and AI-enabled ways of working.
Enablement Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the training and enablement strategy for process reimagination initiatives.
- Align enablement plans with transformation goals, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Partner with transformation leaders, process owners, and HR/L&D teams.
- Contribute to change management and adoption strategy.
Process Reimagination Enablement
- Develop enablement programs for redesigned business processes and operating models.
- Translate to-be processes into clear, role-based learning journeys.
- Ensure enablement supports both functional and behavioral change.
Training Design & Delivery
- Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs.
- Create learning assets such as playbooks, SOPs, job aids, and quick reference guides.
- Tailor learning content for leadership, operations, and support teams.
Digital, Automation & AI Enablement
- Enable adoption of digital, automation, and AI-driven processes.
- Translate system and tool changes into practical user guidance.
- Support enablement for intelligent automation and AI-assisted workflows.
Change, Adoption & Readiness
- Assess organizational readiness and skill gaps.
- Measure enablement effectiveness using adoption and proficiency metrics.
- Continuously improve enablement programs based on feedback.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or change management roles.
- Experience supporting process reengineering or operating model transformation.
- Strong facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital or AI-enabled transformation programs.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile transformation initiatives.
- Certification in Change Management or Learning & Development.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills.
- Empathy, adaptability, and learner-centric mindset.
