Job Title: Engineering Technical Specialist 4 – Technical Integration

Location: Renton, WA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Shift: $72/hr. on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an Engineering Technical Specialist 4 to support technical integration activities within a fast-paced engineering organization. This role will be responsible for managing engineering tools, processes, risk management systems, performance metrics, and configuration control while collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and program stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of customer support, engineering support, technical coordination, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with engineering processes, configuration management, performance metrics, and cross-functional project coordination.
• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
