We are seeking a Systems Engineer – Configuration Management to support the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance/Unmanned Aircraft System (ISR/UAS) team. In this role, you will ensure the consistency, traceability, and integrity of software configurations across the product lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing:
As the Software Configuration Management (CM) Engineer for the ISR/UAS Systems Engineering team, your responsibilities will include:
· Developing, improving, and maintaining the infrastructure for software configuration management across development, production, and sustainment lifecycles.
· Tracking and managing repositories/databases for all program software.
· Writing, updating, and maintaining program Software CM processes.
· Tracking installed hardware and software configurations to ensure accurate records.
· Managing and controlling software configuration changes and assigning unique identifiers to software.
· Supporting engineering reviews, configuration audits, and compliance assessments.
· Reviewing software baseline changes to ensure compliance with CM policies and procedures.
· Ensuring that data and physical media have accurate labels and markings.
· Tracking, building, and disseminating software releases and supporting documentation to stakeholders.
· Developing technical reports, plans, and procedures while managing project costs, schedules, and Control Account Management (CAM) activities.
· Supporting proposal development as it relates to Software CM.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Software Configuration Management in an environment of rigorous hardware/software baseline configuration techniques
• Proven experience with tools GIT, Artifactory, JIRA, Confluence
• Proven experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems (e.g. Teamcenter)
• Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
