Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Systems Engineer IV to join our team in Chesapeake, VA.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret personnel security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the planning, design, evaluation, and troubleshooting of mission-critical, multi-level secure, C5I Systems to include electrical, mechanical, network interface requirements and HMI design.
- Conduct research to solve complex problems and provide input for future modernization efforts.
- Resolve difficult interoperability problems between integrated communications stations and production networks.
- May work in a lab environment to test system designs and provide test report feedback.
- Participate in Engineering reviews as required.
- Provide technical representation at meetings with senior staff as required in support of submarine C5ISR systems design, installation, maintenance and life cycle support design, issues and concerns.
EXPERIENCE:
- Thirty Plus (30+) years of professional experience in submarine engineering and programmatic support of C5ISR systems.
- In-depth knowledge of submarine C5ISR systems engineering, installation, maintenance, HM&E Support requirements for Virginia and Columbia class submarines.
- In-depth knowledge of network architectures and associated equipment including, but not limited to zones, screening devices, and typical design.
EDUCATION:
- Master's level degree in an Engineering discipline.
