Overview

We are a long-established Managed Services Provider hiring a System Administrator to provide Tier 2/2.5 support across Microsoft, Windows Server, Azure, networking, firewall, and client infrastructure environments. This is a hybrid WFH role with a 50/50 split between being onsite and working from home.



This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who enjoys client-facing support, strong troubleshooting, and a healthy mix of support tickets, escalations, onsite work, and project exposure. You will support small to mid-sized business and legal clients in Orange County while working in a team environment that values work-life balance, accountability, documentation, and long-term career growth

Responsibiliti

  • esProvide Tier 2/2.5 support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and desktop environmen
  • tsTroubleshoot escalated issues involving workstations, user software, connectivity, permissions, and client applicatio
  • nsSupport Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Office 365, and hybrid Microsoft environmen
  • tsConfigure and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, VPNs, and basic network equipme
  • ntUse ConnectWise, Ninja RMM, IT Glue, and related MSP tools to manage tickets and documentati
  • onProvide onsite client support 1–3 days per week as need
  • edParticipate in an after-hours on-call rotation one week every two mont
