* Leverage their expertise with the Windows operating system and server administration to develop and deploy servers, support day-to-day system performance, and prevent data loss and unauthorized access.
* Handle escalated tickets from L1. Ensure that team completes work according to defined process.
* Generate reports as needed by the client.
* Analyze systems, reviews, recommends, and participates in implementation of improvements or upgrades to enhance user experience.
* Collaborates with vendors, colleagues, customers and other parties to understand and develop a solution.
* Acts as the Subject Matter Expert in mentioned technologies.
* Provide user training, and mentoring less-experienced members of the team.
