* Support enterprise Windows Server, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, Active Directory, GPO, ADFS, ADCS, ADLDS, DNS, DHCP, WSUS environments.

* Leverage their expertise with the Windows operating system and server administration to develop and deploy servers, support day-to-day system performance, and prevent data loss and unauthorized access.

* Handle escalated tickets from L1. Ensure that team completes work according to defined process.

* Generate reports as needed by the client.

* Analyze systems, reviews, recommends, and participates in implementation of improvements or upgrades to enhance user experience.

* Collaborates with vendors, colleagues, customers and other parties to understand and develop a solution.

* Acts as the Subject Matter Expert in mentioned technologies.

* Provide user training, and mentoring less-experienced members of the team.

* Provide technical leadership for projects and changes.

* Provide technical documentation to the team as part of deliverables and system change.

Windows Administrator Skills:-

* Server administration -High level of technical knowledge regarding Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance in On-Premises as well as Cloud.

* Programming and coding - To provide automation of repetitive task

* Information security - Understand best practices and techniques to maintain and enhance information security

* Analytical skills - This is a highly analytical role, requiring Windows administrators to interpret error logs, monitor system performance data, and assess user information to ensure server reliability

* Communication skills - Need to frequently work with both IT professionals and end users, Windows administrators so effective written and verbal communication skills is required

* Problem-solving - Windows administrators often need to employ creative and technical problem-solving techniques while installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows systems and servers
