Looking for an experienced SVP of Finance to oversee all financial functions and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. You will play a critical role in financial strategy, capital management, risk oversight, and operational discipline as the business continues to scale.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong judgment, the ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and comfort working closely with principals, external advisors, and operating partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic analysis to support investment decisions, capital allocation, and growth initiatives
- Act as a thought partner on deal structuring, portfolio performance, and return optimization
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee all accounting, finance, tax, and reporting functions
- Ensure timely, accurate financial statements and performance reporting
- Establish and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the organization
Capital & Treasury Management
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital management
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and counterparties
- Support fundraising, financing transactions, and debt structuring as needed
Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and work with external accountants and legal counsel
Operational & Portfolio Support
- Support operating businesses or investments with financial insights and performance metrics
- Implement scalable financial systems, reporting tools, and KPIs
- Improve efficiency, discipline, and transparency across operations
