Role Description

The Surgical Technologist plays a vital role in supporting surgical teams within SAAK Health's Ambulatory Surgery Center in Brookfield, WI. This part-time, on-site position involves preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, arranging surgical tools, and assisting surgeons during procedures. The Surgical Technologist will maintain a sterile environment, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Surgical Technology and familiarity with operating room protocols
• Experience in Surgical Assisting and supporting surgical teams during procedures
• Knowledge of Medicine and Surgery, including sterile techniques and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• CPR certification required
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgery or hospital setting is highly desirable
• Commitment to patient safety, care, and a high standard of ethics
