Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in Corvallis, OR, where you will function as a member of a cardiac team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during cardiac and open heart procedures. You will ensure patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing and organizing instruments, and supporting the surgical team for cases across pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Current certification to practice surgical technology in Oregon.
  • One (1) year scrubbing experience in CVOR/Open Heart procedures required.
  • BLS certification.
  • Completion of an accredited surgical technology education program or successful completion of an approved military/public health surgical technologist training program.
  • Successful completion of 16 hours of continuing education every two years relevant to the practice of surgical technology, or equivalent as required by state regulation.
  • Experience working in a hospital operating room environment preferred.
