We are seeking a professional like you to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Geismar’s Surfactants Laboratory in a safe and efficient manner. Monitoring of laboratory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be key to ensure that areas of strength are maintained, and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and pursued. The position will lead a Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ISO 9001-certified laboratory that must adhere to regulatory quality requirements including, but not limited to: Food & Drug Administration, ISO 9001 systems, Responsible Care Management System (RCMS), and Kosher. The position has organizational responsibility for leading and developing a laboratory team of (1) Technologist, (1) Continuous Improvement/Validation Specialist, and multiple Technicians.
