Summer Internship Program – Support Specialist
The Support Specialist Intern at Surge Staffing provides entry-level technical and administrative support to internal staff and external customers while gaining hands-on experience in a professional support environment. Working under the guidance of senior team members and supervisors, the intern assists with responding to inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and internal systems. This role focuses on building foundational skills in customer service, troubleshooting, and administrative operations while learning company systems, policies, and best practices. The intern contributes to delivering timely, accurate, and professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) On-Site position that is for Surge Staffing HQ located in Columbus, Ohio.
