Recodeal Energy Inc were fund in 2023, a subsidiary of Recodeal Interconnect Suzhou Co., Ltd, public listed company (Stock code: 688800) in China. Company manufacture and support clients for most of US market.
This is a full-time on-site job. The Supply Chain Specialist report to Supply Chain Manager.

This role will:
- Execute end-to-end supply chain operations within the plant, including procurement, production planning, logistics.
- Plan production planning and material planning (MRP) to ensure alignment between customer demand and manufacturing capacity
- Manage logistics planning (in-bond), optimizing transportation routes, cost, and delivery lead time
- Establish and continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory turnover, and
- Others assigned
Qualifications, Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, with expertise in at least one area: procurement, production planning, or logistics
- Experience in team management or project leadership is a plus
- Solid understanding of plant operations (order → procurement → production → delivery)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), able to work in a bilingual environment
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
